Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their purchase and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation, exchange and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via email or phone call. 

Please note that once the order is complete and the product is delivered, cancellation will not be processed  without charging. A delivery fee will be charged for cancellation. Or you can choose to exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the extra delivery fee that occurred due to this exchange if it is not our products’ quality issue.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should deliver or mail you product to our warehouse by yourself. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like us to pick the product back, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If it is our error leading to exchange or refund, we will be fully responsible for all the delivery fees occurred.
