In this terms and conditions, we or I means Kongs online shop, you means the persons who using the web site by accepting the terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services.
By browsing or putting order from this web site means you must be at a mimium age of 18 years old and agree with the terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions incorporated with other documents available on the website such as warranty, order form,quotes etc.
When you are accepting the entire contract provided by us which can not be modified unless we agrees to by writing through Email.
These terms and conditions apply to all goods and service you purchase from Kongs online shop.
Pricing
All prices on Kongs online shop web site are GST inclusive, all prices are delivery cost excluded and delivery cost will be shown separately, the price online may subject to change without any notice.
You must make full payment before the delivery of the goods on the receipt of the validated invoices.
If the cost shown 0 in the cart, please contact us for futher assistance.
Warranty
The customer warrants and agrees that the customer is acquiring the goods for personal, domestic, household use or consumption on and is therefor a “consumer” for the purpose of the Competition and Consumer ACT2010.
All Gree Aircon sold by Kongs Onlne shop are covered by a 6-Year Manufacture Warranty.
If there is a problem within the warranty term happened, you may contact Gree Warranty team, and keep your invoice as a purchase of proof. We strongly encourage you register your products with Gree once you purchase, there will be a guide card in the box.
When you are claiming the warranty service, you need to provide purchase invoice, products model, serial no and the installer’s details, including but not limited to licence no.
Warranty maybe voided by the manufacture if the aircon system is not installed by a fully qualified licensed installer or trades person.
Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, PayPal payment and also bank transfer.
Once your nominated credit card is accepted and processed successfully, your order will be confirmed.
If your payment method triggers fraud protection measure, we may contact you for additional payment information to finalize the payment. Or otherwise if the fraud protection measure is not passed, your order is not completed, we cannot confirm the order. So it means if we are unable to process your payment successfully for you order that accepted by us, we may notify you of the dishonour and cancel your order.
If additional payment information is not received within 5 business days, we may cancel your order without any notice.
Master Card and Visa Card will apply a 2% Surcharge
American Express will apply a 3% Surcharge
With a payment made by PayPal, we may not refund to you, or if there is an exception accepted, we may refund you by bank transfer, however, the fees for PayPal payment will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
Kongs Online Shop will not make any refund due to you simple changing your mind or if you placing your order with inaccurate information generated.
We DO NOT accept any return of goods that has been used or attempted to install.
Delivery
We only delivery our stock to real address, we DO NOT delivery to any PO Box or any address was not monitored, as we need the receiver’s signature to prove the receiving of stock. Please inspect the products properly for any damage before you signing.
If there is an obviously damage on the goods, please do not accept the delivery and do not sign the receiver docket.
It will take about 1 to 10 business days to delivery the stock, the time frame may be varied during public holidays.
